    @eb801, thanks, Eric. The 'worms' were indeed very helpful. On two locations some paint pulled up but was easily repairable. Never saw stabilizers like this either, but they are clearly visible on old images. Trumpeter provided them in plastic but I replaced them with PE which makes them more realistic in thickness.

    Since the weather was really bad today, it is raining continuously for 10 hours already, I continued work on the Wellington. Fuel drain pipes, exhaust collector rings and propellors prepared of which the last two were mounted as well.

    Exhausts are mounted. A minimal gap was present at the joint between the exhaust and the collector ring. I used paint as a filler to make it more smooth.
