Right then folks.
After leaving it overnight to cure, it was out with the files and sanding sticks.

It does not look too bad using the MK eyeball.
We will see later once I have given the whole thing a coat of primer.
Now busy refining the rest of the tail area.

OK folks, a little more done this week.

A quick glance at the reference pics I have show that there is a defined gap between rudder and fuselage.So out with the scriber.

I can now see daylight.

Part of the A/M stuff I had given to me was this little bit of resin.

So, out with the drills and files and I made this hole here.

About 3.5 mm square, and hopefully in the right place.

While working on the underside, I added a plastic shim to where the arrestor hook mounts.

Looking at the pics there is a little polishing and re-scribing to be done, but nothing to drastic.

OK folks, back from reality.
Right have been busy while not posting.
The reference pics shoe that the inlet at the base of the tail fin has a raised fillet, presumably the tail fin base.
So, out with the stock card and MK eye ball and we get.

When fitted and blended.

Some parts need remedial work done on them.

Today, it has been warm enough to do some spraying with freezing ones parts off. So primer at the ready. I have still got some more remedial work doing as you can all see. Also gave the back end a quick coat to see how that is looking. Not bad. Not good. and finally one of the nose wheels which had a horrid little ejector mark just clipping the rim. Hopefully over the next few days I will be able to get a bit more done, before life rears its ugly head.

Simes, the things on the fuel tanks are stiffeners.

Cheers Bernard, I guessed they were so I left them alone.
There were some seams to take care of though.
