My next build and back to a helicopter finally. I've decided to build the AB 212 (more commonly known as a Huey), as the ISAF version that flew in Afghanistan for the Aeronautica Militare.

ISAF was a UN collaboration which stands for International Security Armed Forces, which Italy was a part of which gave assistance in Afghanistan.

Looking forward to this one.

So first updates, did some work the rather bland seats, the ISAF version has the armoured seats for the pilots, I added the seatbelts made from chocolate wrappers and cut small buckles out of styrene. Think it will look good through the canopy.

Interior going well - Everything is now in I want to add extra details not in the box, like seatbelts in the cabin, radios, some stowage bags, and a few bits and pieces to make inside look a bit more interesting.

Finished up the interior with seatbelts on the back seats, some cable rolls and some radio wires. Built up the engine and closed her up - starting to look like something now.

Slow going but I've finished the build and sprayed primer on - now onto the fun painting.
