Ok - since no one else has bitten yet, I cannot pass up one of my favorite films of all time - Flight of the Intruder. My dad (F-4 pilot in VN) said it was the best depiction of the air war for a pilot over VN that he had ever seen. I've already built an A-6 in high-res livery, so I'm going for the Skyraider. Given the long lead time for this build, I think I can manage all three I have planned.

Brilliant, Greg. Never seen this one, it’s now on the list to watch. Have to have a movie poster...

    And a bonus...

Excellent choice. SANDY's working it and cleaning house. Clearing the LZ for the Jolly Greens to come in and rescue. Good movie and even better book.

David @dirtylittlefokker it's MY turn to be surprised: you've never seen "Flight of the Intruder?" Not only is it a great movie, it is the beginning book of a great series of books featuring the primary character, Jake Grafton. It follows his rise in rank and command and his Naval career. Stephen Coonts is the author and Mr. Coonts tells a pretty good story with plenty of realism and knowledge of equipment, having been an A6 pilot in Viet Nam and an A6 instructor. I highly recommend the movie AND the books. Here are the books in their suggested reading order. I haven't read the last 3 or 4. They're not all Hollyweird - though many SHOULD be!
