Thanks my friend @johnb!
Re Engaging, I added som fine mesh, to represent the radiators' front and rear faces, some initial filling taking place as well ...
Nice work on the radiators, Spiros @fiveten
This is really starting to look like a 109, Spiros (@fiveten). Radiators look nice.
Indeed…seems that paint part is just around the corner 😉 And is that an Hellcat in the background?
Just caught up to your Emil build bloopers and all, Spiros@fiveten. Looks almost air worthy now. What do you use for screen mesh?
That for sure looks like an upside Hellcat in the back. For the JS group?
Thanks my friends @gblair, @holzhamer and @eb801! The Hellcat is an 1/72 Eduard, a present from my friend @lis and entered in his USS San Jacinto Air Group 51 project in the Pacific GB:

What did you use for fine mesh, Spiros @fiveten?
For the mesh I used tulle cloth (used in bride's dresses or so), my friend @eb801.
Always a good idea to let LqS set properly 🙂 I think the amount of time you gave it is just right..
Thanks so much my friend @airbum! Yes, looks like LqS dried nice 🙂
Some more progress, initial filling and sanding, radiator covers and ailerons attached, flaps assembled ...
Prop assembled, rudder attached...
Very nice progress, Spiros @fiveten
