Hi Cricket @bikequeen, got to love your new brake fluid reservoir, you’re right, it will be hidden eventually, but we all know it’s there.

Welp, my paints finally arrived, a week late but they are here, temps went from the low teens to mid to upper 50’s the last few days. Still waking on Hobby Design parts but by then the cold will be back …SIGH 🙂

Also I guess I have been email bombing people and I apologize for that so I will no longer include everyone’s “Handel” in my emails

I hope the weather is kind enough to let you spray your new paints, Cricket @bikequeen, looks like you’ll just have to be patient and wait for the Hobby Design parts, it’s a real pain having to order everything on the internet. Happy modelling.

@chinesegeorge I have ordered form these people before, they are from china and considering they come rather quickly…I’m guessing today or tomorrow unless Memphis TN looses them…very very humid…so I’m guessing airbrush is out of the question. I’m going full tilt on this one, also trying to reclaim this house 😉

The PE parts are in, I have all I need to begin but I am cleaning this house first 🙂

Looks like you are set to go, my friend @bikequeen! Looking forward to your next steps! Oh, yes, the house...my usual worry too, specially now that I am retired, with two youngsters and a working wife...😄😄😄

Last couple days update. I did the swing arm but added “looms” for the brake line….came out pretty good, even stuck on a weld line 🙂

Started the chain ….dont know why I torture myself…lOL

Then added them all together and here is the result. The green frame didn't call very well and had to touch up with a brush. My new Harder & Steinbeck airbrush is completely AWESOME, but I need a ton of practice with it. It was near 70 couple days last week and i shot the AK Chrome on the parts and they came out much better…not perfect but better.i took photos of it but they dont do it justice so I’m not showing them. I also shot the engine block with the AK Aluminum and it came out perfect.

So here are pics up to date

    Amazing progress, Cricket @bikequeen
The green is a very nice color for this bike.
