I got all set up yesterday (Sunday) to airbrush a lot of the smaller components and then sat in the darkness with a 13 hour electrical breakdown, so got no work done. Thanks for the whatsapp chat Morne. Your aircraft knowledge and research is inspirational to say the least...now we need to get you building bikes...LOL. Thanks George, yes, power back early hours of Monday morning. We had nothing for 13 odd hours. Thanks George and Spiros for your kind comments. Spiros, I used Alclad aluminium as the base, then light burned iron over quite a lot of the exhaust, but leaving some parts with the brighter aluminium shine, and then Mr. Hobby clear blue (very diluted) and lastly Mr. Hobby clear red, also very diluted. The blue and the red overlap to create the purple colour.
