Good that the weight is sufficient!

realized that, happens often with HB kits, that they mixed up the versions

their 312 kit has the landing gear of the 314...

the visible differences are:

the front leg on the 314 and in the kit has two small landing lights but the 312 has a larger single one

the main gear covers of the 314 that are mounted on the legs look straight to the ground and are attached to the leg at two points, the covers on the 312 are slightly angled outwards and are attached to the legs at only one point

corrected the outer main gear doors so far

Gld you were able to correct the outer main doors.

Does HB ever get anything right? I had to modify the nose doors on the 314 and cut them up as well. Supposedly the underside of the front fuselage is wrong on the 314 so I would think it is on the 312 also but way too much work to correct.
