    Sorry for to many photos in one post. I started work today. To be honest Tamiya is much better. Pilot is from Airfix.

    Interior looks great, Bernard (@lis). I always have trouble getting pilots to look right, so I tend to leave them out. Your pilot looks like he should fit right in. After the cockpit, the rest should go more quickly.

    Your Mustang is looking good. It's a nice feeling to get the fuselage halves glued together. It won't be long now and you will have the wings on it too.

    Decal stripes can be a pain to attach indeed, my friend @lis! I think some treatment with decal softener will do the trick. Your bombs look nevertheless great!

    Not that easy to achieve in 1/72, Bernard @lis
    They do look great from here though.

    Just read about the sad demise of your Hasegawa kit and your new found Love. The one thing about failure is that it teaches you about what not to do the next time. First question to ask I'm, I have fun doing this and if the fates step in and a Tamiya Mustang drops in your lap hey somethings are meant to happen. Looks like your Hasegawa experience, combined with your Tamiya kit will bear fruit.

    I have never had much luck putting decals on bombs, Bernard (@lis). I think you made a major achievement just getting the stencils on the bombs. They look great.

    @stephen-w-towle

    You are absolutely right. Another topic is that the Tamiya model is simply newer and better than Hasegawa

    @gblair

    This stripes is always very tricky.

    @johnb overall the

    @fiveten

    bomb set can be described as good. The decals are the weakest of these.

    PS. Airframe is ready, primed and polished.
