Here's at least one of my entries - I was intrigued with this close support Phantom toting 3 gun pods (from what I've found, only one to do so - Chico the Gunfighter was a USAF E that carried 2 gun pods, so still had 3 guns firing - that's on my project list as well.)

Also soon to be on the bench is Chico the Gunfighter, and the "first of the weasels," an EF-4C.

  • Very interesting entry Greg,I didnĀ“t know that 3-pod configuration was ever used!

    Thanks and welcome!

The multi-pod setup turns out to be a popular buildout for War Thunder gamers... I've seen some load up with the Echo model F-4, so 1 x M61 Vulcan internal and 3 pods... if my math is right, that's 24,000 rounds per minute, and 400 20MM rounds per second.
    Umm, ouch?
