More Reskit items arrived for the Thud build . The engine nozzle set from reskit is just beautiful and ful of detail. NO modifivation required at all to the Monogram airframe at all . The detail on the nozzle and nozzle flaps is just amazing as all the other pieces . Also included three different nozzle pedal positions . I will have to buy more of these for my other Monogram Thud kits ! I also decided to add some detail to the wheel well by removing the kit proved auxiliary inakes screen . I drilled the kit ones out and cleaned up the hole which was really easy then used a screen mesh froma faucet sink aerator . They come with for two upper and two lower. The inside upper ones are the real fine screens that you want to use . I then cut it to fit and and glued it with super glue . Now to do the oother side the same way .

Small details really raise the level of the model, Brian @f-104nut. All of the resin engine exhaust detail is very cool and will look great installed.

Instrument panel sprayed with Tamiya LP flat black . I first drybrushed model master neutral grey then brush detail knobs , switch's with Tamiya acrylics . Then future for dials brushed in and Tamiya clear red for scope .

Tonight on the Republic Thud channel . I plugged the outboard pylon holes since this build I'll only be using the inboard pylons . Got the right side aux air intake screen drilled out and glued on . Got the 650 Gal Centerline tank assembled . Looks way better than the kit one . I’ll be using a aerobonus SEA resin figure with the build which will be a nice touch .

Instrument panel came out really well, Brian (@f-104nut). With painting skills like yours no need to get an Eduard set. The figure will look really good painted.
