    Great entry, @flypastrush
Still looking for a nice Hurricane kit myself, so definitely looking forward to your experience on this kit.

John, (@johnb) This is the 1/48th Italeri kit...I picked it up at a localish retailer as it was too inexpensive to pass up at $20. It looked very nice until I went to join-up the main components... then the "Italeriness" of the kit reared it ugly head. Nothing that can't be managed I am hoping 🤔(but all the main seams are going to need some filler and smoothing out.)

I love Hurricanes, so I am looking forward to your build, @flypastrush. I have a love/hate relationship with Italeri kits. Some of them are great, and some are pretty awful and you just have to keep problem solving as you build.

Some filling and sanding necessary indeed, my friend @flypastrush.

    $20 is indeed a real bargain, @flypastrush
I'm pretty sure you will tackle this Italeri kit succesfully.

George - I find a lot of us have a love/hate relationship with Italeri kits 😉
(This Italeri kit was just too inexpensive not to try out.)

John - If you want a top-notch Hurricane (depending on the type you seek) Arma Hobby’s series of 1/48 Hurricane II kits are currently the best so far, with superb, accurate surface detail that includes raised rivets.

Aii - Thanks for following along - I will try and keep you updated
