    Hi all,
While I wait for more decals I thought I'd hit the two figures.
Both are from 'Copper State Models' to accompany their Bristol Scout,

Those are great figures, @sandbagger. Really nice work on them, particularly the furrry jacket.

Roden did their 1/48 Sopwith 1 1/2 "Strutter" in clear plastic. It didn't work for "see through," and the clear plastic parts didn't like sticking together other than with C-A glue. What @sandbagger is doing here is as close as one's going to get to the "see through" look.

    Hi Tom,
    I hope so.
I thought I'd try something different to what I've done before to represent the 'see through' effect.
Previously I've airbrushed the pre-shading then over sprayed, but this method I thought would show the more obvious internal structure of the Scout.
It still need to be knocked back to fade the structures and then have the CDL decal applied.
    We'll see,

    Mike,

    Hi all,
    A couple of updates.
As the mechanic figure will be refueling the aircraft from a container, I needed to make a funnel.
This was made from 0.3 mm thick plastic card and a piece of stretch sprue for the pipe.
painted with 'Mr. Colour' Stainless Steel (213) with 'Tamiya' Clear Yellow (X24) inside to represent fuel.
Two spare label decals were applied from my 'spares' box.
The propeller is a laminated wood propeller made by Alexey Belov at 'Proper Plane'.
