Paint job, washings and decals came out very neat and look convincing to me.
May i missed this but who is the guy on the tailplane ?

Thank you, Bernd. The guy on the tail is no other than Pavel Osipovich Sukhoi, the founder of Sukhoi OKB and the father of a line of iconic aircraft from Su-7/17 series, the Su-24 and 25 and his last project was Su-27. I will describe more about him in the article, later today.
