    Thanks my friend @johnb!
Decals were a pleasant touch: perfect behavior, despite their age!

    Final coat applied

A bit of weathering was applied into the exhausts, to simulate engine sooting.
Some touchups are to be performed, mainly at canopy framing, and we are off to the finish line.
    Thanks for stopping by!

Looks like it came out perfect, Spiros (@fiveten). Tinted canopy is cool.

    Looking great, Spiros @fiveten.
You do make it look easy, but a lot of experience is required to achieve this.

    Finished!

Did some touch ups here and there, including a few silvered spots that finally appeared at some decals. I also replicated the FLIR glass with some hefty amount of Clearfix poured into the uninspiring front nose recession.

I mounted her on a leftover nice base, and here she is:

Thank you so much my friends (in order of appearance): @j-healy, @gblair, @airbum, @johnb and @jpatt1000, for keeping modeling company through this quick, very enjoyable build.

Yes, the model has inaccurate shape, but can pass for a Nighthawk-ish, especially to the sweet and innocent eyes of my 6yo nephew, to whom it will be presented!

    Happy Modeling!

Also through my eyes she looks great, Spiros @fiveten
The overall build and tinted glass look very nice.
Also like the in air presentation of it.
Your nephew will be enormous proud of it.

The finished product looks excellent! I remember a much younger me sneaking into my older brother's room just to take a peek at his 1:110 Monogram SnapTite kit that he had on his dresser. No doubt, I know the excitement your nephew must have for this awesome display, unaware of the kit's "best guess" design. πŸ™‚

    Thanks my friend @pb_legend!
Yes, putting together this "best guess" and otherwise inaccurate kit was a wonderful modeling experience, reminding me those nice early modeling days!

The "nitehawkish" turned out to be very nice - as we would expect from a PFP build. Well done my friend.

Only problem now is to persuade little PFP members that they have to donate it to their cousin! πŸ™‚
