The filter technique is of course well known with figure painters, to achieve subtle shifts of colour, and as you have demonstrated, works on any subject (I used it on subjects as diverse as a Merkava IV LIC a few months ago, and, in a current WIP, a Ukranian farm cart!).

    Hello Millo! I am fairly new at building and have not tried airbrushing yet but have some of the Vallejo paints to try to start. Thanks for your thoughts and advice on using them. The 105 turned out beautifully and the added Aires parts really added to the finished product.
