    On her feet
    Some progress on the Typhoon again.
    At first I added some tiny wires to the main landing gear struts which should represent the brake wires.

    Next the landing gear was mounted and she now is finally standing on her feet.
    Unfortunately, for the second time, the starboard cannon broke off again.
    This time I will leave it off till she is almost finished.

    Looking great on her feet, my friend @johnb! Love the brake lines, as well!
    What a beautiful model!

    Looks great, John (@johnb). I always feel better when the plane isn't resting on the fuselage. Nothing good happens when the fuselage and wings are on the ground.

    @lis, it could have been worse, this barrel should be easily re-mounted at the end.

    @fiveten, thanks Spiros

    @gblair, thanks George, fully agree, placing them on their belly or wings always causes the paint to get disrupted. Better on their feet but sometimes those are very fragile, like the 109 or Zero for example.

    @johnb mabye some metall barrels?

    @lis, sounds like a great idea. I might consider that on one of the next builds. Metal barrels definitely look better than the plastic ones.

    I just saw an ad for metal barrels for this plane, John (@johnb). I think I would stick with your plan to wait until near the end of the build to add the gun again.

    Exhausts
    On the Typhoon it was time to mount the exhausts.
    Prior to the installation I painted the exhaust stains, first a layer of blackgrey and a drop of brown and finalized with some drops of white added to the mixture.
