    Looks great, Dmitry (@starfar). This will be one of those kits that has a lot of up-front prep, cleanup, and building of sub-assemblies, and then everything will fall together.

    @lgardner Thank you, Louis! I did some search for PT-19 model kits, and unfortunately there is nothing in 1/32 scale which I consider the best scale for that era single engine aircrafts. Also, in 1/48 scale only one modern resin kit is available. So many interesting prototypes are still not represented as kits.

    @johnb Thanks, John!

    @gblair Can't agree more, George! Dry fit checks all the time.

    The wings were glued with the fuselage. I was expecting more problems with this. There is a gap, and I've filled it with Milliput, and hopefully it would be enough, but will see after priming.

    Good progress Dmitry. If you make a search online for a RAF typeface / font, I am certain something that can be imported into your cutter can be found. I have no recollection where, but I have added RAF and LW types to my word-files.

    @airbum Erik, do you have font names of fonts suitable for RAF lettering?

    Try a search for RAF WWII 851 font, and some suggestions pop up. Be sure to have a good antivirus programme installed before you download anything though.

    Again, I was using a primer way before finishing the build just to check the wing root after the Milliput. The result is good enough, I don't see any major issues, so I think I'm done with it.

    From the bottom everything looks good to me as well.

    As a final touch I've added wing locks (actually, I don't know the proper name for this)

    And I've moved to the tail parts, and again – everything needs gluing, a putty afterwards and sanding. Landing gear and control surfaces are not exception.

    Interesting kit, even with all those pitfalls you describe Dmitry @starfar
    The cockpit is right up to your usual painting skills, so let’s see how the rest goes 😉

    @holzhamer @fiveten @johnb Pedro, Spiros, Jong – thank you!

    Dry fit check of the control surfaces and assembled engine cowling. Engine is not installed yet, and now everything looks ok.
