    I agree with Spiros, @lis. I think your metal finish looks great. Some lacquers take a long time for the odor to go away. I eventually switched from lacquers to acrylics because of the odors and hazards involved with the paints and their thinners.

    @johnb Thank you my friend. I would like to see the work of another modeller up close and check if my fears are imaginations or some shortcomings

    priming mirror nad viewfinder. viefinder is unfortunetly as not clear part. Manual suggest to paint clear tool on silver, and rest in black. I have idea to after silver painting use some clear paint? Mabye clear blue?

    These are some really small parts, @lis. It's hard to see the parts. If one is the rearview mirror from the top of the cockpit, then probably silver on the reflective part and either black or camouflage color on the other. If the other part is the gunsight, then probably silver on the clear part and black on the non-clear part. Clear paint might make the silver more shiny. Not sure how clear blue would look. You might take a piece of the sprue and paint it silver and then try the blue to see how it looks. Looking forward to seeing how they come out.

    I agree with George @gblair, @lis!
    Clear blue might not be a good idea...

    Same here, Lis @lis
    I usually paint it the same way as mentioned by George @gblair.
    Although it is so much nicer if they would add a clear gunsight to the kit.

    Looking great, @lis!
    Tamiya 1/48 Spits sported tires with "DUNLOP" molded on, and it was great! I could not imagine but in my wildest dreams that I would have seen 1/72 imprinted Dunlops!

    @fiveten @j-healy @johnb @gblair @airbum I wouldn't be myself if I didn't tweak my painting a bit. I hope the effect is no worse than before
