    Excellent progress so far, my friend @johnb! The flattened wheels look more realistic.

    Interior looks great, John (@johnb). You got great results on the instrument panel with the kit decals. Seat belts also look great. They will look perfect under the glass.

    @fiveten, thank you, Spiros.
    @gblair, thanks a lot, George. Although the decals do look a bit 2D, I do think they will look fine once everything is closed up.

    Nice one John. Nice job.

    I also have this one to build but I am intentionally going for the PRU bird. Probably the cheekiest use of the mossie...make a nice change not having to mask cammo up as well. Lazy sod🤣.

    Keep it going chap. There are some great possibilities with 1:72 IF it's a good kit❤️

    Big progress here, John (@johnb). You are truly the master of using rubber bands to clamp things together. I have a big box of them, but always forget to use them.

    @chrisballard, thank you, Chris. This kit in 1/72 is a pleasure to build so far.
    @gblair, thanks a lot, George. The dry fit showed some minor gaps, that was the moment that I got triggered to use those rubber bands. Otherwise I'm sure I would have forgotten them as well.

    Since I will try to print the markings myself, I needed to find a correct font that I could use. After doing some internet search I was able to get a font named RAF_WW2_851ATH. Found it on a website which contains a lot of militairy fonts from over the world. Very helpful. If you are interested, I can share that link.
    Next will be to find the correct dimensions and colors to be used for printing.

    Found the following information in the book, British Aviation Colours of WWII, that should be sufficient to scale it down to 1/72. This book does contain a lot more interesting information.

    Homemade decals look great, John (@johnb). I would be interested in the link to the site where you got the fonts. What type of printer did you use for your decals? The red decals look much denser than mine ever do.

    @gblair, thanks lot, George. The print is still on regular paper, I need to find the correct settings first before I give it a try on decal paper. The printer I'm using is the Canon MF655Cdw laserprinter.
    On this site, you can find much more fonts, http://www.l8ter.com/?p=896
