Here are pics of my Tamiya Corsair from start to where I am now.

This kit is a joy to build. It one finely engineered plastic model. Tamiya has raised the bar yet again.

I thought the 48th and 72nd scale Tamiya Corsairs were a tough act to follow, but the 32nd scale kit is amazing. I'm still bogged down in the engine and the cockpit, but the kit has gone together flawlessly. As another modeler said, everything that you expect would go together badly, goes together with a minimum of fuss.

This kit is everything that the Revell and Trumpeter kits are not.
