    Internal floor of the fuselage including the walkway. The floor painted first in a mixture of black with a bit of black/grey. Next the frame was painted in aluminum with the tip of a toothpick. I tried to give the walkway a wooden look and added a dry brush to simulate the worn.

    Also the first control panel was made using PE. The original details from the mold had to be removed at first before applying the PE details.

    Getting the best out of the PE in this small scale John - looking great.

    @airbum, thanks Erik. 1/72 is indeed smaller than I remembered from the past.

    @lis, thanks a lot Lis.
    After re-starting this amazing hobby, it will be my first bomber. With the extra PE it will take quite some time to get it build.

    Slowly progressing on the Wellington.
    'Real' life required some attention as well.
    Did add all PE pieces of the intrument panel onto the original plastic part which had to be grinded first to remove the details and give it a flat surface.

    @fiveten, thanks Spiros.

    Continuation of the interior with the addition of the levers on the pilot's console. This was, at least to me, very hard because of those PE dimensions in 1/72. Still some imperfections have to be cleared.

    There was a bin-like part which had to be placed on the walkway of which I had no idea what it could be. Doing some searching on the net I found out that it was a chemical toilet.
