    @fiveten - Thanks Spiros!

    @johnb - Thanks John, I really like it myself. It's definitely too dark grey, I'm thinking they just didn't try this mix back then, it's what they would have gone with I think. LOL

    @kistuz - Thanks Gabor, I didn't see Mr. Paint in my search results. I mostly came across Zero Paints and Gravity Colors, I had both in carts ready to check out, and they both would have been over $40 in shipping. I'm totally cool with how it all worked out. The only downside to mixing colors is matching if you don't mix enough.

    Gloss coat... time for decals, then final clear coats, then LEDs and glass. Might be done today...

    @garybrantley - Thanks Gary! Much appreciated. Using the airbrush for the first time in a long time made me feel like I was going to break something.

    That gorgeous Gulf Oil paint job looks spot on Brian @brithebuilder. I know exactly what you mean about mixing your own paint only to run out just before you’re almost finished. Nowadays I mix way more (and waste more) than I need, but it’s better than trying to match the paint on a second or third go round.

    @eb801 - Thanks Eric! I generally attempt to work with colors as is because of that, sometimes it's just not possible though. I need to buy some empty dropper bottles to mix colors in.

    Decals done! Clear soon.
    Just realized... after the LEDs are in, I do sill need to add quite a bit of PE to the surface.

    Designed and 3D printed an Airbrush stand for my desk today. I wanted something to hold it so the paint cup was level. It's really close. If it ever needed a more permanent install it could be screwed down. I'm going to use it for a couple days and see if the neck is going to hold up before I put it on my Etsy store.

    Oh, and clear is done. It's about 60/40 Gloss to Satin with a good dose of Vallejo airbrush thinner. 3-4 continuous coats... It's pretty.
    Tomorrow, LEDs, glass and PE!

    Looks terrific with the decals and subdued but just right clear coat, Brian. Great design for your airbrush stand. How does one find your Etsy site?

    @chinesegeorge - Thanks George, I'm working on LEDs now actually. Too much other stuff today, so now I'm hoping to be finishing tomorrow.

    @fiveten - Thanks Spiros!

    @beauslx - Thanks Robert!

    @eb801 - Thanks Eric. I appreciate it. This car seems like a bit more satin fits correctly. My Etsy page is https://brithebuilder.etsy.com If you'd like to prototype it for me and can 3D print one, I'd be happy to share the .stl file. I have a Badger 105. I'd be interested to know how well it fits other airbrushes...
