I started working on this in 2014, seems like a good time to try to finish it, a few modifications needed to bring it up to RAAF spec's.

The recommended 10g in the nose plus 2g under the cockpit floor for good measure, will join the fuselage halves soon !

Fuselage together and I've just noticed the rear end above the exhaust under the rudder needs some surgery, all these details try to escape unnoticed !

The Hawk is a lovely aircraft, it has a real 'raptor' feel about it - like a Kite; small, powerful, and deadly. Can't wait to see it in RAAF colours.

The way you blend the plastic and paint together shows some delicate sanding work. It turned out great and I'll bet it will look even better with some paint on it.
This one is shaping up nicely. Thanks for the updates Allan !

You will have it sanded down in no time Allan... I have no doubt about it. 🙂
