UAV Drone Monocopter 004 Fin
The discourager of hooligans & hippies and like.

One day my mother in law phoned and told she saw something special on her backyard. Big toy helicopter kind of thingie had landed there for a while. She said the it was quite noisy and there was quite a smoke. Before it flew away she managed to take some photos (e.g. tittle image) of the thing. I verified the pictures, noticed friendly blue/white roundels on that contraption. All that inspired me to to start modeling again after several decades - I had to make model of the ”heli” while it looked like a model.

Luckily I found a neat Kotobukiya M.S.G. Mechanic 003 Attack Helicopter from my stash. It resembled the target a bit. Easy to build and fun to paint & do the weathering. Camouflage schema was not so challenging - 100% gray. Very good for the first model. Kuivalainen Decals roundels finalized the session and I managed to do some sort of look alike of the ”heli”.

Later I heard that there is some sort of secret UAV drone project going on here which has not been published yet - some unverified information has been leaked already … it said to have very hot, loud and effective megaphone on it’s nose to maintain order and keep hooligans & hippies relaxed. Well, rumors are rumors …

Thank you for watching. Have a nice day.

  1. Very creative. I could swear I've been hearing one of these buggers flying around during the weekend..

  2. Very cool IT. I guess you wouldn't have to worry about slowing down. Just a burst from the cannon should do the trick.
    I like it.

  3. Thank you Sir.
It might have some sort of secret anti recoil substance in the it's housing assembly. So maybe nothing will slow it down ?!?

  4. Nice to see your work also on Imodeler, great build!
    Cheers, Christian
