Curtis P 40N Kittyhawk, A29-572, 78 Sqn RAAF Noemfoor Island 1944.
1/72 Hasegawa, the first of my three kittyhawks so far, I fitted some brass tube and wire to the propeller, finished in MM enamels with MM 10000 and 30000 acrylics over Aussie decals, flown by Flt Sgt D A Smyth.
Nice job. 🙂
Thanks Paul.
Yep...what Paul said - nice job indeed.
Thanks Craig.
Great looking collection, and love the white-tailed scheme! I just recently finished this same kit and almost went with a similar scheme, but a desert sand scheme caught my eye. I'm going to have to do another (or similar) because I really want a white-tailed bird in the collection.
Thanks Greg, I want to do a Warhawk in desert scheme.
Go P-40s! Excellent.
Thanks Robert.

Nice clean work Allan.
Thanks DE4EVER.
That's a good looking P-40, one can't have enough of these.
Thanks Tom, you're right.
