Grigorovich M-9 1:72
I decided to show you my first model aircraft during World War I.
This most numerous Russian seaplane construction was the most famous and brought well-deserved recognition DP Grigorovich as a designer. According to the purpose of M-9 was designated as Marine intelligence officer, but turned out to be a multi-purpose machine, with varying degrees of success fulfilled the function of the bomber and patrol aircraft.
The fuselage of the aircraft modified from a set OmegaModels. Other details homemade.
Enjoy watching.

Very nice work. Quite a challenging subject for a first WW1 project. Well done.

Anything with struts and rigging is way beyond my patience level – and expertise. You’ve done an outstanding job on this one. Very nice work!

Superb, Pavel. The photography is also very creative.
I think turnbuckles are too much to ask with 1/72, but then, I did a double-take with the fact that it was in fact this scale. The rigging in all other respects is crisp and accurate.
Excellent.

The model is just fabulous, it is hard to imagine how you cope with all that tiny detail and rigging. But also – what a clever way to produce “in-flight” photos!

Yet another strong candidate for model of the month. This month has been filled with nothing but, some really sick modeling. Looking at the photos of this model is both inspiring and intimating. Two thumbs up on this one.

Wow !!!!! If I didn’t know better I would think that I am looking at a real plane………………. Stunning build. I can only imagine how hard the rigging was in this scale. You are a craftsman indeed.
