March Meeting of IPMS Race City Modelers
Yesterday we had the March meeting of the IPMS race City Modelers the Mooresville, NC Hobby Town USA. We had a great discussion on the tools we all use to remove small parts from plastic sprue and photo etch metal. The second topic was on unfinished kits on the bench. Why we start another kit before finishing the current one and why we don't finish some. We all have the same affliction! Enjoy the pictures.
I've seen a few of those bulldozers (D-5's?) built and they always seem to mesmerize me...might have to try one sometime.

some good-looking stuff on the table...
And a great selection of everything! Something there for everyone, and nicely done, as well!
Very well done - & photographed. That 'dozer is awesome! Never seen one like that! I've seen a few 'dozers that were used (in real life, not models) in Desert Storm, but they weren't protected that well. Being an ex-Tanker, I always admire tracked vehicles of all sorts, but I always felt the 'dozer operator was awfully exposed! I ran a D-7 Cat for one afternoon & I remember thinking how happy I was that no one was shooting my way! LoL!
Anyway, great job!
