1/72 Italeri AB-204 Italian Army

June 17, 2017 · in Aviation · · 21 Comments

Hi folks,

This is one of my latest builds. Hopefully, I'll have enough time to post more in the upcoming days.

This is the 's tiny AB-204 of the Italian Army in the SAR outfit.

There is not much to say about the kit apart from the poor canopy fitting and the 2-piece tail boom, which was totally unnecessary from my point of view. It makes you lose time and some nerves on filling, sanding and re-revitting!

The kit has nice engraved lines, rivets and a crisp decal sheet, despite not many decals to apply on.

I particularly like the Italian Army Aviation's camo pattern and the colors.

Contrary to its size, this little beauty will one of my all-time favorites, for sure..
