Allan, nice to see your grey nurse completed! Itβs a splendid Spitfire for sure. Did the decal mouth settle ok?
My GB entry, the 110, is still unfinished gathering dust on the shelf π
Thanks for the GB Pedro, all the decals went on well, we need to see your model out there biting !
Excellent job Allan, the kit looks like an impressive little kit.
Thank you George, lovely kit and with two in the box I still have another to do !
Super job, Allan!
Thank you Robert.
Allan, @kalamazoo
I just noticed that you had finished this fine little lady a few minutes ago. The strange thing is that I was wondering about this very same build roughly two weeks ago. I knew that one of my friends had started building a shark mouth Spitfire, I just couldn't remember who it was... Then "poof" here it is... You did a fine job with her my friend. I can always spot your builds a mile away... π
I definitely pressed the "liked" button. It was fun to watch this one come to life in front of us all. The build journal was a good one...
Thank you Louis, waiting for your B 24 in the GB !
Nice result. Those Eduard 1/72 Spitfires are Da Bomb.
Thanks Tom, lovely kit !
Another amazing @kalamazoo build!
I agree with our friend @lgardner : your builds can be spotted a mile away, Allan!
Thank you Spiros, even in camo' !
An absolute great result, Allan.
That Aussie scheme looks fantastic.
Thank you John, almost an RAF scheme !
G'day Allan (@kalamazoo),
Great build!
I have started the 1/48 kit(s) but they have taken a back seat to other projects.
I have one scheme picked but not the other and am leaning towards this aircraft.
There are too many schemes to choose from. :~)
Liked.
Thanks Michael, you can never have too many Spitfires, so just build one in every scheme !
Very well done Allan.
Thanks Haslam.
I kind of promised myself that I wouldn't respond to any more Spitfire models, surely we've had enough, but this one is exceptional, definitely liked.
Thank you George.
Beautiful job Allan! Nice to see the Aussie 8 built up! W
Thank you Paul, W ?
Clean build, Allan. Well done.
Thanks John.
π ... Greetings ... π :
A very well fitting representation of a Spitfire in Aussie dressing.
Very well done Allan, those camouflage colors gives the model a very unique appeal.
Thank you DE4EVER.
Another fantastic finish! Love the shark-mouth, and the Aussie markings. Well done.
Thank you Greg.
