The Lockheed Orionanother Bosworth scratchbuilt masterpiece

April 10, 2021 · in Aviation · · 14 · 1.7K

The Lockheed Orion, the Learjet of its day, is one of my favorites. Bill's done it proud. 1/32 scratchbuilt vacuform.

As Bill says: "Six passengers flying faster than almost any military contemporary! And with the "seating arrangements"...all guilty of sexual harassment to fellow passengers! Well ahead of their time!

  1. " Learjet of its day" 😀 😀 😀

It is a great handmade model. Scratchbuilds are awesome! I made a few as teenager, combination of balsa and plastic, with basic vacuformed canopies, but those were not as good as this. Great job!
