Hasegawa 1/24 NISSAN SUNNY TRUCK LONG BODY DELUXE "LATE VERSION"
Kit made by Hasegawa
I finished the late model of SUNNY TRUCK with rat paint specification.
In addition to the paint, I also added detail improvements to each part.
The SR400 on the back of the truck is a repainted and slightly modified version of an Etoids Shokugan.
There are some models that are on another level that far exceeds the norm. Words like "Best in Show" and
"Gold" come to mind. Or "Model of the month".
Dagored, your build and it's attention to detail with the rusting, the fading of paint, the chipping of paint and the added touch of the license plate ( a little humor) is something you'd see being used for a movie, printed in hard copy or in a book. Nothing short of professional.
Two thumbs up.
Thank you for the compliment.
This kit was very easy to assemble, so I was able to put a lot of effort into painting and finishing.
Wow, this is fantastic, Dagored @dagored
The way you made this Nissan look old is impressive.
Also the cargo it is carrying looks great.
This Sunny truck was a good kit, so I wanted to put something on the back of it as well, so this is what I did.
You can certainly tell where this vehicle owner invests his time and money! 🙂
"messing up" a model is much harder than making it all neat and pretty. Great work.
Thank you, I tried to make this car look used but not scrap. I hope there was something for you to feel.
Truly professional work, Dagored!
Thank you!
Awesome work. You could sell the car and its motorbike as real ones!
I'm glad if it feels like a real thing.
If I didn't know any better, I'd say this was a photograph of a real beater truck. An emphatic like.
Thank you, it was fun to finish it to make it look how it could be.
IMPRESSIVE!
Thanks.
Best rust on a vehicle, ever. Really good paint job, congratulations.
Thank you.
Ain't seen rust like that since my Dad's Datsun 510! Great rust job, thought it was a real beater. Like the bike too.
Thank you, the rust painting and bike crafting was fun.
Haven’t seen rust like that since my 1980s Lancia, terrific work.
Thank you very much. I tried to give it a realistic finish.
Or my 1974 Plymouth Duster. Masterful work here!
This was my first time weathering and finishing a car model, and I really enjoyed it.
I had to rub my eyes to make sure it was not the real thing Dagored !
Great work.
I have a SR 500 that looks just like that ! A real one, and its for sale !
Thank you, the SR is a good motorcycle and I admire the real one.
That weathering is amazing!
Thank you.
Some of best rusting and weathering I've ever seen! Simply Superb!
Thank you, painting the rust was fun to paint.
