Paint figures for the first time?
After more than 30 years (I made my first scale model when I was 10 ) preparing researching struggling…… I start painting figures this year. And enjoyed it. ?

Somehow that one shot of a headless figure next to the set of nippers makes me nervous...those are well populated vee hickles there, they look great, very busy animated and well worn. Just yesterday I picked up the old Tamiya Russian assault infantry set, NINE figures! Like I'll ever get to these. Anyway, great work and enjoyment is what it's about.
Thanks ? yes my next project will be Russian tank riders. Looking forward to seeing your works too?
Those look great ! Those are amazing works of art.
Thanks ?
I'd enjoy it too if my results looked so great. Truly, that is top notch work, very life like, and the colors look to be perfect.
Thanks for your kind comments ? I also like your fight jet works, that looks amazing ?
Amazing work indeed, Allen!
Congratulations!
Thank you : )
Superb figure painting, Allen @allen_lee
You did very well on those tiny figures.
Thanks, and my eyes are really sore
You have a natural talent sir, most excellent results
Thanks for your comments, and I will carry on and on : )
It helps that figures have gotten really good in the past 10 years; painting competence can result in a final piece that would have been beyond the capability of many other than the master painters "back in the day." These look really good - combining good figures with your talent with the paint pot, you have an excellent result.
Thanks.
Yes, figures are getting really details now, I believe once 3D printing figures come into the market it will be another revolution.
Very cool, Allen!
Cheers :)
