Kitty Hawk MH-6J Star 41, OPERATION GOTHIC SERPENT, 3OCT1993, 1/35 scale

I finished this one a few weeks ago. It didnt turn out quite as well as I had hoped, but they never do.

I used the Werner's Wings correction set for the interior as well as Werner's Wings decals. I made an attempt at having the engine displayed and like most other kits I have built, this build was a wrestling match from start to finish.

Anyways, feedback and comments are welcome and appreciated - CHEERS!

  1. It definitely looks like the kit cried "Uncle!" 🙂

  2. Nice work. I would have wished less (oversight-) photos (e.g. 36 and 37 are nearly identical) and a few close-ups instead to show some details (cockpit, engine...).

  3. Another nice result, Ramon @anvil6

  4. Looks very good to me, Ramon!

  5. That's another great looking build.

  6. You’ve obviously the hang of these Kitty Hawk kits, another cool looking model.

    • thanks George! I think that i have just accepted that Kitty Hawk kits will make me work for my result. One of these days i will have to build a new Tamiya something just for the stress relief!

  7. Another beautiful build! You've got the skills to make those daunting kits straighten up and fly right!
