Atlantis 1/102 scale PT 207

The U.S. Navy Patrol Torpedo boat of World War II. Referred to as the “Mosquito”. This kit by Atlantis is a re-mold of the old Revell kit copyright 1959. It is 8 inches long. It was missing the windscreen that sits on top of the cabin roof, it wasn't in the box on the sprue so I cut and formed my own from a small piece of plastic and glued it into place and painted it. This kit came with little flash and the deck to hull fit went very well. This kit was purchased at an Ollie's Outlet Store for $13.00. And for lack of any blue paint I used yellow which I know is not period correct.
