Those men on the deck had a very tough job.
Flight deck evolution during ops, as you watch each man do their part in synch as the aircraft is directed to the cat. Watching from above in Vultures row at times seems like slow motion as each task is like a choreographed performance, yet extremely hazardous duty.
In the vid, one can see why Carrier Deck Ops is one of the most dangerous jobs in the world. Thanks
