Avia S199
This is a model of one the first fighter aircraft of the Israeli Air Force. This represents an aircraft flown by William Pomerantz in 1948.
- the kit used is the Revell 1/32 late Bf109G with the AML conversion set and decals for the S-199 Sakeen. This is very well done set and I ran into few issues during the construction.
I added the bomb rack and bombs also. Due to center of gravity issues on the real aircraft and poor flying characteristics , only two bombs were fitted usually
-Kitsworld seat belts were used, Airscale instrument decals were used on the instrument panel, EZ line was used for the antenna.
