Gorgeous! Was it difficult for you to put half the sub model in the scene where it can’t be seen? Most builders complete a model and want all of it to be visible so I was wondering about doing this to your model. It looks great, regardless.
I understand what your post refers to, but you should know that if you if I wanted to see the underside of the submarine, I would have had to cast it in clear water resin,which would have been much harder and more expensive, and the other thing you should know is that. I used the hobbyboss USS los angeles class kit which is 3 in 1. it means (3 different upper part and 1 bottom part in the kit) I've built one of them, SSN-721 USS Chicago, but only one can be fully built because the other two only have the upper part of the model. so I built one of the remaining two and it became the USS Miami
