Karaya 1/48 Martinsyde F.4 Buzzard VVS RKKA
Model fresh catch-ended the other day. Not a good resin but the model performed very well. The assembly passed without incident, the only thing - I had to cut the front wing. Markings painted through stencils.
And a little bit of history - the party martinsaydov was purchased in England in 1922. In those years the fleet was in terrible condition, and these fighters were be most welcome. Aircraft were used until the end of the 20s, along with the Fokker D-7, and the Nieuport.
Nice-lookin' build, Maxim.
Sweet. Even the trademark Martinsyde fishplates are all there. Great work on the model.
Excellent resin build and beautiful finish, Maxim. I've really enjoyed following your progress on the WW1 Models forum, congratulations on your marvelous finish on this unusual machine.
Maxim, great job!
It looks very much alive.
As always, attention to detail and high-quality wood.
Good for you.
Best regards, Vlad.
Thank you, colleagues!
Such an amazing job! what did you use for the tension wires?
You have such a product probably is not)) - is a monofilament company Hobby-plus from Vitebsk. Analogues of the thread from Wingnut Wings or any spandex.
Really nice. The detail work is great.
Tom- thanks!
