IJN No.101-class landing ship 1/350 Pit-Road.

After 1 1/2 months, +200 parts, and 50 hours of work, finished LST, good model… Many improvements added…25 mm singles gun from veteran models..25mm triple gun..from flyhawk models, Plastruct styrene sheet, Rod, strip, Generic PE from Flyhawk Models in railings, Flyhawk vertical and inclined ladders, Watertight Doors, lifebuoy from dream models, Brass pipe 0,3mm, 0,4mm, 0,5mm, 0.8mm improvements., metallic anchor chains…, weathering from Tamiya set B, invisible thread .004 mm nylon. Tamiya, Model master and Humbrol Enamels Paints…,satin lacquer From Rust-Oleum.

  4. Great coverage of the IJN landing ships. It’s something one does not think off as we always see the Allied LST’s. Obviously after Pearl Harbor when conquering the Pacific islands Japan had to have had similar ships. Beautiful work and a great educational piece.
