Operation Barbarossa...1/48 Messerschmitt Bf109F-2, 11./JG51

kit, decals from Topcolors 19, brake lines and antenna wires added, painted with Gunze and Tamiya acrylics.

Aircraft had a standard 74/75/76 camo but was oversprayed with 70/71 in the field.
It was flown by Oberfeldwebel Heinz Klöpper of 11./, Dugino in late August 1942. Klöpper was credited with 79 victories before he was KIA on November 29th 1943.
