ITALERI DOUGLAS C-47 SKYTRAIN
Well, after "recovering" from the dreaded Covid-19, I've now been diagnosed with Chronic Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome (yep, I've never heard of it before either.) So work on the Victory has taken a back step. To try and cheer me up / motivate me, my son asked me to build this for him. 1:72 scale, OOB.
So far, so good. Its not perfect as my brain "fogs up" and tiredness kicks in. Decals were a nightmare, especially around the fuselage (grabbed instantly and VERY fragile)
Just going to give it a wash, then attach the remaining parts.

Good work on this so far, I’m sure modelling helps the recovery along.
Sorry to hear about your struggle. Myself is close to two years fighting my way back. Try stay focused at short times, fight it. Please contact me privately if you feel like it. Support is vital.

Your C-47 is looking great. I had Covid this past October. By the end of November I finally felt normal. Everyone is different, stay positive and I wish you a speedy recovery. This is a great hobby to forget about the bad stuff.

Gonna call this finished. just to add the antenna wire when my new supply of "ezi-line" arrives. Not too bad, but considering my state of health at the moment, i'm happy with it.
