1/48 Tamiya A6M5 Type 52
Finally completed Tamiya's A6M5. It is a very good kit, but it does suffer from some ill fitment in the canon inserts and the oil cooler/cowl flaps. The model was painted almost exclusively in MRP Japanese paints, and the upper paint was polished to a nice sheen.

It's great to see you have posted this one in the headlines section. It looks magnificent ! It was a pleasure to follow along with your build journal as you built it. I don't know of any other person who builds Japanese aircraft as well as you do. I personally wanted to thank you again for all of your contributions to our Empire of Japan group.
