There's no evidence it was aliens Mulder!
I recently started rewatching the X-files for the first time in years and it struck me that (at least for the first series), whenever that weeks particular weirdness was going down, agent Scully was always looking the other way. This is a little diorama inspired by that revelation and by the desire to actually do somthing with the 'Female FBI Agent' figure i bought off ebay years ago.
The diorama is built up mostly from insulation board while the UFO was designed on Fusion 360 and 3D printed (as was the computer). The desk, window and blinds were all scratch built from plasticard. The poster was a picture found on line, rescaled and printed. Painting of the fugure was by hand using AK acrylics while the UFO was painted with Alclad aluminium. All other painting used Tamiya.
The UFO was made in two halfs with 8 green LEDs wired in parallel between the halves and then the gap was filled with coloured resin.
