2025 Indianapolis Roscoe Turner IPMS Show
IPMS Roscoe Turner held their annual invitational yesterday at the Boone County Fairgrounds in Lebanon, Indiana, always a much-anticipated show. This is a highlight of the Region 4 model show circuit, the Indianapolis-based show lived up to all expectations again this year despite several days of heavy rain throughout the greater area. The vendors' area sold a total of 120 tables with three large collections being liquidated at bargain prices. There was a bonus seating area set up for modelers to socialize while awaiting the judging results which is most welcome after a day on your feet of bargain hunting and enjoying all the fine models on display. My wallet suffered again despite my best efforts to resist as there were numerous deals too good to pass up and vendors pushing great deals. I did not get a final count of model entries but I suspect it was North of 600. Fine Scale Modeler magazine was present to take photos for a feature so subscribers get to see a selection of the models there. A great day out and a chance to catch up with old friends and to finally meet some others whom I had correspond with online! Here are a few photos I took from the show.
