Airfix 1/72 Avro Shackleton – preview
Airfix has released the boxart, detailed CAD images of their forthcoming 1/72 scale Avro Shackleton. These are also photos of the assembled test-shot model. It sure looks to be an impressive kit!
Its estimated release date is December 1st.

Looks real pretty! And Revell is doing the one with the radome, as well.
Their C-54 will be out fairly soon. Just going from strength to strength, lately.
Look at their "Workbench" blog and you can see the test build of the real kit, rather than the CAD images. The test build has been on display at a number of toy fairs and airshows over the last few months.
