First @gblair, thanks for praising my paintwork, only the insides of the cowlings were painted black, the outsides got the pink/red treatment.
Hi Richard, the blue looks very cool but not sure how you would get those blue graduated markings, is this an aftermarket decal set? Tamiya do provide plain Ducati markings as well as their graduated red ones, so you could use those. And, yes, I’ve started on the HP4 but didn’t want to post anything until I’ve finished the Ducati, talking of which:
Here are the side cowlings with most of the transfers applied, there are quite a few of them, including the graduated red markings, I’m not sure how well they show up in the photos. Tamiya do include some of the carbon fibre markings, but I think the wheels and winglets would benefit from that as well. My plan was to get the Studio 27 carbon fibre set but they don’t seem to be available in China yet. Still some work to do on these cowlings before fitting them.
