    @johnb very nice….where did you find black primer? I need that 🙂

    @bikequeen, thank you, Cricket. I used AK Interactive primer, 3rd generation.

    Alright, John @johnb: I finally caught up with your Honda build. Looking really good. Tell me about this AK black primer. I assume you recommend it? what colors are you putting on top of it?

    @eb801, thanks a lot, Eric. The AK primer works pretty well but I'm still figuring out what the best ratio is for the airbrush. Till now I'm often having issues with splattering (if that is the right description). The final colors will be from Vallejo.

    Main body parts did receive the white color. Before applying the other colors I intend to apply a clear gloss first. Not sure if that will be the best approach but I want to protect the white in this case.

    White looks very nicely applied, my friend @johnb!

    I see your two projects on the bench, John (@johnb). The white looks like a perfect base for the later colors, but will look much better with some bright colors on the parts.

    The painting process is coming along nicely, John.

    Very nice white paint work John (@johnb). I always have trouble with white but you seem to have gotten it done well. I agree with your approach to gloss coat the white before proceeding with the next colors.

    @fiveten, thanks a lot, Spiros.

    @gblair, thank you, George. Indeed, the Mosquito is gently waiting while I work on the Honda.

    @chinesegeorge, thanks, George.

    @clipper, thanks a lot, Carl. I agree, white is not that easy, I think five layers are already on to get it uniform.

    John, I don't see the point in painting white plastic black only to paint it white again !

    @kalamazoo, I can imagine, Allan. I had my doubts in doing that as well, but the white plastic did look very 'plastic'. I wanted to prevent it from looking different to the other paints, therefore I decided to simply paint everything.

    I think maybe a coat of flat white followed by gloss white ready for the decals would be my method, I'm sure it'll look fine John when you finish it !

    I’m sure your method will work for you, @johnb, I just hope that having so many coats of paints doesn’t lead to fit issues.

    Perhaps some black primer would have done the trick, John (@johnb)? I have been using black primer as a base on my armoured car.
