One thing I haven't finished yet , was the moving slats of this high tech bird .

Easier than I expected , with some aluminum sheet from a radler beer and with the help of my PH bending tool , I scratch two pairs (2 big for the outer wing and 2 small for inner wing) .

Those slats needs a support/moving structure , so some styrene stripes and beam were successfully recruited and quite easily made too .

The engine was painted , pitot tube scratched . All I need are the engine attachment points which will be made at the same time as the final assembly, for which I am now ready.

Looks great, Michael (@faraomike). What a great idea for the slats. I lost one on a build last year and carved the replacement out of plastic. It never occurred to me to use something other than plastic. Trust me that it was a lot harder to carve out of plastic than using a beer can. Well done.
