Bad news my friends!

I got some kind of chemical reactions between decals and the clearcoat that turned the clear decal film milky. I should have waited for them to settle or even better, doing it the Mal-way: painting them!

I usually tell people that everything is fixable and that paint can be washed off and so on but I simply don't feel the final result that can be achieved will be worth the effort.

I am sorry to say that instead of ending up on the shelf of doom forever, this one has gone for recycling. Probably as energy...

Sorry George, it's a write-off (beyond economical repair...). Apart from that: I'm a bad thrower, I don't think I would have been able to reach you 🙂 !

Kit is still available from High Planes in Australia. A new one is on its way in the post 🙂 !
